5. Waiting Time & Extra Charges

• Drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes for scheduled pickups.
• Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

6. Liability for Delays & Cancellations

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• In case of vehicle breakdowns, we will arrange alternative transportation.
