  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer are non-refundable.

  • If a customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation, the full fare will be charged.

3. Modifications

  • Customers may request modifications up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, subject to availability.
